You send us invoices. We extract the key data fields, review the output for consistency and completeness, and deliver structured spreadsheet data back to your practice — in your preferred format, to an agreed target turnaround.

What is included
- Extraction of standard invoice fields (supplier, date, reference, line items, totals, tax, currency)
- Consistent field structure across all invoices processed
- Human review of extracted data before delivery
- Clear flagging of fields that could not be reliably extracted

- Invoice approval or payment workflows
- Client-facing portals or dashboards
- Real-time or instant processing
- Guaranteed accuracy on all invoice types — uncertain fields are flagged, not guessed
