Invoice-to-Spreadsheet Processing
You send us invoices. We extract the key data fields, review the output for consistency and completeness, and deliver structured spreadsheet data back to your practice — on an agreed schedule, in your preferred format.
This service is designed for bookkeeping and accounting businesses that handle invoice data on behalf of their clients and need a reliable, consistent way to structure that data without expanding their internal team.
What is included
- Extraction of standard invoice fields (supplier, date, reference, line items, totals, tax, currency)
- Consistent field structure across all invoices processed
- Human review of extracted data before delivery
- Clear flagging of fields that could not be reliably extracted
- Delivery in your preferred spreadsheet format (CSV, XLSX or Google Sheets-compatible)
- Agreed turnaround schedule, set with each beta participant
- Direct communication channel with the Worksett team
- Regular feedback sessions to improve the service
What the beta service does not include
We want to be clear about the current scope of the beta. The following are not part of this service at this stage:
- Accounting software integration or direct system sync
- Invoice approval or payment workflows
- Client-facing portals or dashboards
- Real-time processing or instant turnaround
- Guaranteed accuracy on all invoice types (we flag uncertainty rather than guess)
These capabilities may be considered for future development based on beta feedback. We will not make commitments we cannot keep.
