Precision over speed
We would rather take the time to get the output right than deliver quickly and leave errors for you to find.
Worksett is an international managed workflow-services business, built to help bookkeeping and accounting practices work more consistently and efficiently.
Bookkeeping and accounting businesses handle large volumes of structured work on behalf of their clients. Much of that work — particularly around invoice data — is still done manually, at significant cost in time and risk of error.
Worksett exists to change that. We provide managed workflow services that take on the structured, repeatable parts of that work — so that practices can focus on the professional judgement and client relationships that only they can provide.
We are starting with invoice data processing because it is one of the most common, time-intensive and error-prone tasks in the industry. Our beta service converts invoices into structured, reviewed spreadsheet data — consistently, carefully and to an agreed target turnaround.
We are building Worksett deliberately. That means starting small, working closely with beta participants, and expanding only when we are confident the service meets the standard that professional practices require.
These principles guide every decision we make about the service and how we engage with the practices we work with.
We would rather take the time to get the output right than deliver quickly and leave errors for you to find.
We are honest about what the service can and cannot do. If a field cannot be reliably extracted, we flag it — we do not guess.
Beta participants are partners, not test subjects. Their feedback directly shapes how the service develops.
Worksett is designed to work across borders — handling invoices from multiple countries, currencies and formats.
Invoice data belongs to your clients. We treat it with the care and discretion that professional practice demands.
We expand the service when we are confident it is ready — not before.
Worksett is in its early stages. Here is where we are and where we are headed.
We are running a controlled beta of our invoice data processing service with a small number of bookkeeping and accounting businesses. Beta participants receive the service in exchange for structured feedback.
Future development will be guided by what we learn during the beta. We will not commit to a roadmap we cannot deliver. What we can say is that we intend to expand carefully, based on what practices actually need.
We do not make promises about future features or timelines that we are not in a position to keep.
